By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of SoftSphere Technologies s. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others wanting to use our services. You may avoid availing our services if you disagree with any aspect mentioned below:
Revision policy
At SoftSphere Technologies s, we ensure unlimited revisions based on the package you choose. Additional fees will not be charged for revisions, however, the original design concept will remain the same unless agreed upon. Further, revisions will be completed within 48 hours after your request.
Refund policy
Our professionals aim for 100% customer satisfaction. The unlimited free revision policy lets customers refine their project until satisfied without extra charges. However, refunds may apply under the following circumstances:
- Full refund (minus a 10% processing fee): if requested before the first design delivery.
- 66% refund: if a refund request is made within 48 hours of initial design delivery (less 10% service fee).
- 33% refund: if a refund request is made between 48–120 hours of the first design delivery (less 10% service fee).
- No refund: requests made after 120 hours of the first design delivery will not be entertained. However, we encourage you to contact us directly for any concerns.
Refund eligibility
You are not eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- You change your mind or your circumstances change.
- You find cheaper alternatives elsewhere.
- You acquire services that include external vendors (e.g., hosting, domain, security services like Cloudflare).
Further, SoftSphere Technologies s is not responsible for problems occurring due to external service limitations.
Refund claim process
To request a refund follow the steps below:
- Step 1: contact us through your account manager, phone, chat, or email with your refund claim and the reasoning for dissatisfaction.
- Step 2: we will try to rectify the error via our revision policy. If necessary, we will process your refund request.
- Step 3: after a refund is processed, all design rights will revert to SoftSphere Technologies s. You can not use or display any design concepts delivered by our team members.
Account area
Our account area is your primary communication platform to manage projects and revisions.
- It is your responsibility to check the account area regularly for updates.
- Failure to do so will not justify a refund request.
- Contact our customer support service for guidance if unsure about how to use the account area.
Quality assurance policy
At SoftSphere Technologies s, we are committed to delivering top-notch designs. For instance, we create designs based on the specifications provided by clients, ensuring uniqueness and high quality. Further, our unlimited revisions policy allows us to refine designs until customers are fully satisfied. If necessary, we will coordinate with your printing company for smooth design delivery.
Delivery policy
All design order files are delivered via your Account Area as per the mentioned delivery date. A confirmation email will be shared once your design files are delivered. Additionally, we offer rush delivery for an additional $75 for customers who need design samples within 24 hours.
Record maintenance
We maintain records of your finalized design files for 3 months post-delivery. We may have to redesign them for an additional fee if you need the design filed again after 3 months.
Communication policy
SoftSphere Technologies s only takes responsibility for communication through our official email addresses (i.e., @americanwebtitans.com) and toll-free numbers. We are not liable for communication or damage caused by external vendors or unverified emails.
Access to information
To access our services, you may be required to provide registration details and other information. By accepting our terms and conditions, you guarantee that all provided information is valid, recent, and complete. If we find that the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse access to our services.
Additionally, we possess the right to store your credit card information for recurring services, additional development hours, or necessary server/network charges concerning your design project. We will notify you in advance of any recurring payments.
Customer support
We offer 24/7 customer support services to assist with queries or concerns regarding projects. You can reach us via email, phone, or chat.
Reactivation policy
If you are non-responsive for 45 days or more:
- Your project may be put to a halt.
- An additional reactivation fee of $150 will apply to reactivate the project after 45 days.
Contact us and we will hold your project if you require a break for personal reasons.
Third-party terms and conditions
Some of our services may include external products or services, such as software, information, or plugins. These third-party services have separate terms and conditions. By using our services that rely on third-party vendors, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.
Exclusions
While SoftSphere Technologies s can assist with the inclusion of third-party plugins or APIs, any extra work for the functionality of your website, that is not part of the initial design agreement, will have a separate fee agreement.
Limitations of liability
SoftSphere Technologies s will not be liable for:
- Any loss or damage to data or content.
- Any delays or failure in performance caused by external services or unforeseen circumstances.
Alterations to terms and conditions
We reserve the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of changes through email or by a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes depicts your acceptance of the updated terms.
